Veneers are thin layers made of dental ceramics. They are constructed using an individual layering technique, delicately processed and attached to the tooth by the dentist using special adhesives. The tooth is only slightly filed.

Due to the German Drug Advertising Act, we are not allowed to show you before and after pictures of patients who have undergone the conventional process, i.e. when teeth are filed in order to hold dentures. In many cases, this is unavoidable due to the size of the defects, and to ensure the stability, function and aesthetics of the denture.

We would be happy to discuss this further with you in person. Call us.

This loving patient was not pleased with a large gap between her two central incisors. This (physiological) phenomenon is known as "medial diastema." There is no medical indication to treat the central incisors, but rather the wish of the patient to have a closed, aesthetically-pleasing row of teeth. We achieved this with veneers. The lateral incisors were filled with plastic and 360 degree veneers. 360 degree veneers are those that curve around the teeth, similar to a crown, but are much gentler. The result is convincing.

This sympathetic patient had lost parts of both her central incisors in high school in a hockey accident with her best friend.

At the time, she had only received a box of chocolates as consolation along with plastic structures to restore her looks.

The last chocolate was eaten a long time ago, and the plastic fillers were no longer effective. We therefore made our patient two wonderful, crisp, tile-like central incisors.
